AI Team Lead

You will lead the design and development of a production AI Agent architecture integrated into a large ERP platform.

Design AI Agent Architecture

– Architect an AI Agent platform for multi-tenant ERP

– Design multi-agent workflows for enterprise tasks

– Orchestrate agents using LangGraph

Example agents include: Data Analysis Agent, Workflow Automation Agent, AI Assistant Agent, Task Execution Agent

Build a Multi-LLM System

– Design and operate a multi-model AI infrastructure supporting: OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen, Ollama (local models)

– Key challenges include: Model routing, Model fallback strategies, Latency optimization, Cost optimization

Build Observability for AI Systems

– AI systems require strong observability. You will implement monitoring using: Langfuse (LLM tracing & prompt analytics), OpenTelemetry (distributed tracing)

– Track and analyze: LLM calls, prompt performance, model cost, latency, failure rates

Build the AI Data Platform

– Design pipelines that transform enterprise data into AI-ready knowledge.

– Work includes: document processing, embedding pipelines, semantic search, enterprise data analysis

– Core technologies: MongoDB, Elasticsearch

Build Async AI Infrastructure

– AI workloads are asynchronous by nature.

– You will design distributed processing systems using: Kafka / RabbitMQ for messaging, Celery for worker processing

– This supports: document processing, agent execution, AI task scheduling, large-scale AI jobs

Design Memory & Context Systems

AI agents must understand context.

You will design systems for: long-term memory, conversation context, enterprise knowledge context

Technologies include: Mem0, MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Lead the AI Engineering Team

– Lead a team of AI Engineers

– Conduct architecture reviews

– Guide system design decisions

– Collaborate with Backend, Product and DevOps teams.

• 5+ years in Software Engineering
• 2+ years building LLM applications or AI systems.
• Strong expertise in Python, API / microservices architecture, LLM integration, RAG architecture, Vector / semantic search, Distributed systems.
• Experience with: LangGraph, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Kafka / RabbitMQ, Celery, Elasticsearch, MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of AI Agent architecture, Prompt engineering, Tool calling, LLM evaluation, AI cost optimization.
