This is also one of the few brands with a self-operating business model and a 10,000m2 garment factory directly in Vietnam. The company had a workforce of over 200 employees as of 2021.

Faced with rapid growth in a short period, the issue of effectively utilizing human resources to serve business development became a major headache for the company.
