1Office and HANET Technology Bring a Hi-Tech Time Attendance Management Experience to Businesses
On September 13, in Ho Chi Minh City, 1Office and HANET Technology officially signed a business cooperation agreement, with the goal of realizing the strategy of integrating timekeeping data via facial recognition from HANET’s AI Camera hardware solution into 1Office’s human resource management software solution. This partnership, which brings a Hi-Tech timekeeping management experience to businesses, is the first step in the collaboration roadmap between the two parties to increase customer benefits and promote comprehensive digital transformation in enterprises.
HANET Technology Joint Stock Company (HANET Technology), a member of G-Group Technology Corporation, is a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence camera technology, manufacturing tablets and high-tech devices for many large domestic partners. Recently, HANET Technology was honored by the Vietnam Enterprise Development Research Center as the National Development Brand of 2022.
According to the cooperation agreement, HANET Technology will be the partner providing the AI Camera hardware solution for 1Office customers in need. This is a Wi-Fi camera line equipped with 8GB of memory, capable of storing timekeeping data for up to 3 months, and quickly recognizing faces even when wearing a mask.
On the 1Office side, a team of experienced experts will research and develop a plan to integrate the timekeeping feature via facial recognition camera, connecting data from HANET Technology’s product.
Once the Hi-Tech timekeeping management feature is completed and implemented in 1Office’s human resource management software, business managers will be able to easily compare and accurately compile timesheets based on timekeeping data from each employee’s facial image. As for employees in businesses, instead of lining up to use a fingerprint time clock, they will start their day at work with just a smile, enjoying a Hi-Tech, smart, and modern timekeeping management experience. The solution will address the issue of employees forgetting or making mistakes in timekeeping, while also helping the HR department to closely monitor check-in/out history and minimize errors in data management.
In addition, 1Office and HANET Technology will also coordinate to build sales and after-sales policies aimed at increasing benefits and optimizing costs for customers of both parties.
